MEDICINE

our
philosophy

Peru has become one of the top food destinations in the world. And the diversity and abundance of what’s available here in the Sacred Valley is mind-blowing!

We believe that a nourishing meal and a delicious feast don't need to be exclusive of one another. As much as we’re able to, we serve foods that have been grown locally and organically. From a sustainability standpoint, we choose not to serve red meat or pork, but are able to offer poultry and fish (upon request). Our breakfast spreads are hearty and generous. We prefer for lunches to be a bit fuller than dinners, allowing sufficient time for proper digestion. And you can pretty much guarantee something featuring some of Peru’s incredible cacao and chocolate, whether that shows up in the form of smoothie, dessert, or bite-size treat!

Once you confirm your booking, we’ll work with you in terms of meal plan, dietary restrictions, and timing. We’re comfortable with accommodating dietary restrictions such as gluten free and vegan. We’ll offer suggested mealtimes to you based on our experience, and we’ll adjust to your specific needs.
